Pakistan squad for ICC World Cup 2023: The International Cricket Council (ICC) will organize the 13th edition of the Cricket World Cup in 2023. On Friday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officially revealed the men’s squad for the ICC World Cup taking place this year. This much-anticipated national team selection for the 2023 International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup was disclosed today.

Leading the squad will be the accomplished batsman, Babar Azam. In an anticipated development, Hasan Ali has assumed the position of Naseem Shah in the 15-member World Cup squad. Naseem Shah sustained a shoulder injury during the Asia Cup 2023 and is expected to be sidelined for an extended period.
Shadab Khan retains his role as the team’s vice-captain, with Hasan Ali being brought in as a replacement for the injured pacer, Naseem Shah. The chief selector, Inzamam-ul-Haq, made the squad announcement at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
