England World Cup Schedule 2023 – The ICC announced the schedule for the 2023 World Cup on June 27. The English team will begin their World Cup campaign on October 5 in Ahmedabad, where they will face New Zealand in a rematch of the 2019 World Cup final. The tournament will reach its climax with the final match also taking place in Ahmedabad on November 19.
India is set to exclusively host the 2023 World Cup, having previously co-hosted the 1987, 1996, and 2011 editions. The ICC event will take place across 10 venues in India, with each ground hosting five games, except for Hyderabad, which will host three games. England World Cup 2023 Matches Details
The English team will compete in nine league games, playing across eight venues throughout the country. They will commence their campaign in Ahmedabad and then travel to Dharamsala, Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata for their remaining matches.
After their opening match against New Zealand, the English team will face Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and South Africa in their subsequent games. They will then compete against the second qualifier from the group stage, followed by matches against Australia and India. Their subsequent game will be against the first qualifier, and their final league match will be against Pakistan on November 2 in Kolkata.
